Il rapporto sul cartone cambia in base a chi può deciderne il formato prima dell’acquisto.
Sono due modalità ben distinte:
- Commesse sopra il minimo cartiera → il cartone lo ordiniamo noi.
Quando dal foglio esce esclusivamente quella commessa, definiamo una matrice di prezzo tutto compreso, che varia il costo in base alla quantità e mq. del foglio lavorato.
Ordiniamo noi il cartone nel formato esatto e ve lo consegniamo.
A voi resta la lavorazione: zero sfrido, zero immobilizzo.
I dettagli li mettiamo a punto insieme in fase di confronto.
- Piccole quantità e digitale → il cartone lo ordinate voi.
Sotto il minimo cartiera, e in generale sul digitale, i quantitativi sono troppo piccoli e variabili per essere ordinati su misura.
In questi casi il cartone lo ordinate voi nelle composizioni e nei formati che definiamo insieme, tenendoli sempre disponibili per garantire produzioni rapide.
Sarà definita una matrice di prezzo tutto compreso, che varia il costo in base ai totali mq. lavorati.
I dettagli li mettiamo a punto insieme in fase di confronto.
Requisito chiave: disponibilità a tenere a magazzino le composizioni concordate, per rispondere rapidamente sulle piccole tirature.

We are looking for box manufacturers to join our production network.
The relationship with the cardboard supplier varies depending on who has the final say on the format before purchase.
There are two distinct approaches:
- Orders above the paper mill’s minimum order quantity → we’ll order the cardboard ourselves.
When only that particular order is produced from the sheet, we draw up an all-inclusive pricing matrix, which adjusts the cost according to the quantity and square metres of the processed sheet.
We order the cardboard in the exact size and deliver it to you.
All that’s left for you is the processing: zero waste, zero capital tied up.
We’ll work out the details together during our discussions.
- Small quantities and digital → you order the cardboard.
Below the minimum order quantity for paperboard – and in the digital sector in general – the quantities are too small and variable to be custom-ordered.
In such cases, you order the paperboard in the compositions and formats that we agree on together, ensuring they are always in stock to guarantee rapid production.
An all-inclusive pricing structure will be established, with the cost varying according to the total square metres processed.
We’ll work out the details together during our discussions.
Key requirement: willingness to keep the agreed product ranges in stock, in order to respond quickly to small production runs.
